Do you reimburse for shipping?
Only if the merchandise being returned is due to an error on our part (e.g., flaw in workmanship, wrong item shipped). Please carefully review the size charts provided for each apparel item to determine your correct size prior to ordering.

Can I Exchange Merchandise?
The Diamond Golf Store accepts returns and exchanges of all products up to thirty (30) days from the date an order was received by the Customer, if the original tags are intact and the garment has not been worn, soiled, laundered, or dry-cleaned. Discontinued or closeout items CANNOT be returned/exchanged, unless damaged or defective. If any item is returned because it is defective or damaged, Diamond Golf Store will refund the full sales price charged, including tax, and including the cost of shipping to and from the Customer. If an item is returned for any other reason, Diamond Golf Store will refund the full sales price charged, including tax, but not including the cost of shipping.
When exchanging an item, the Customer is responsible for the cost to ship the unwanted item back to us and Diamond Golf Store will pay the shipping of the replacement item back to the Customer.
