What Can Be Returned?
Your 100% satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority. Our return policy is simple: As long as the item is in "as-new" condition, you may return your purchase with the original packaging within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

How do I return merchandise?

Do you reimburse for shipping?
Only if the merchandise being returned is due to an error on our part (e.g., flaw in workmanship, wrong item shipped).

What if I lose my packing slip?

  • Original order confirmation number if available
  • Description of the merchandise being returned

EXCHANGES
Can I Exchange Merchandise?
TSG will accept returns and exchanges of all products up to thirty (30) days from the date an order was received by the Client, if the original tags are intact and the garment has not been worn, soiled, laundered, or dry-cleaned. Personalized (e.g. name), discontinued or closeout items CANNOT be returned/exchanged, unless damaged or defective. If any item is returned because it is defective or damaged, TSG will refund the full sales price charged, including tax, and including the cost of shipping to and from the Client. If an item is returned for any other reason, TSG will refund the full sales price charged, including tax, but not including the cost of shipping.
